How do I calculate how many rolls of wallpaper I need?
To calculate the number of rolls required, measure the width and height of each wall. We recommend using our online roll calculator or contacting our support team with your dimensions and the pattern repeat details of your chosen design.
What is the difference between 'Paste the Wall' and 'Paste the Paper'?
'Paste the Wall' products use a non-woven backing that doesn't shrink, allowing you to apply adhesive directly to the wall. 'Paste the Paper' requires applying adhesive to the wallpaper itself and allowing it to soak before hanging.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the true color and texture of the wallpaper in your home's lighting. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page for a small fee.
What is your return policy for over-ordered rolls?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged rolls in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on partial rolls or custom-mixed paints.
How do I ensure I receive the same batch/dye lot for my order?
When you place an order, our warehouse team automatically selects rolls from the same batch to ensure color consistency. If you are ordering additional rolls to complete a project, please specify your previous batch number in the order notes.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location, with free shipping available on orders over a certain threshold.
